PVC Vloeren Achterhoek is a flooring specialist in Doetinchem with a showroom full of PVC, stair renovation, carpeting, window decoration, and curtains. The question was not "make a pretty site", but "make sure visitors, in the evening too, can book a showroom appointment directly without anyone having to pick up the phone".
The brief
Customers do their research outside office hours, exactly when the showroom is closed and the phone goes unanswered. Every inquiry that waits until the next morning is an inquiry that lands with a competitor in the meantime. The goal: a site that turns the evening research visit into a booked appointment, completely on its own.
