A trade business starting a website project pays up front and hopes for the best. We turned that around, not out of generosity but because it forces us to deliver. Here are the four commitments, and exactly what they do and do not cover.
The four commitments
Live within fourteen days, or your first month is free
Counted from the intake. If we are waiting on material from you the clock stops for as long as that takes, and we say so at the time. If we miss it through something on our side, you do not pay that month.
Thirty days money back
Not happy in the first thirty days after launch, and you get your paid month back. No explanation needed, no call where we try to talk you round. Your domain stays yours.
No setup costs
Building costs you nothing up front. Most agencies put a four figure amount there, and that is exactly the amount that later stops you leaving when it does not work. We only earn once it runs.
Cancel monthly
No annual contract. Cancel per month, and your site stays up until the end of the paid period. Your domain and your customer data come with you, including when you leave.
What a guarantee is not
We do not guarantee a number of enquiries. That would be nonsense: how much work you win depends on your trade, your area, your prices and how fast you call back, and the last of those is not ours. Anyone who does guarantee you a number is selling you a figure they cannot deliver. What we do guarantee is that the system is built, works and is measured, so that after a quarter you can decide on numbers instead of feel.
