How we work
From intake to a running system, in fourteen days.
Most trade businesses have been through a website project that took months and where they did most of the work. So here is every step: what happens, who does it and how much of your time it costs. Your total investment is two calls and one review round.
The fourteen days, step by step
Day 0: intake, 45 minutes
One call about your services, your area and the work you want more of. We ask about your current enquiries, what an average job earns and where it goes wrong now. You prepare nothing.
Day 1 to 2: gathering
We collect what already exists: photos of your work, your Google profile, your reviews, your current copy and your brand colours. If something is missing we say what we need and what we can make ourselves. No twenty point homework list.
Day 3 to 8: building
We write the copy, arrange the pages per service, set up the forms and connect the dashboard. You hear little from us this week, and that is the point: you should not need us to get on with your job.
Day 9: your review round
You see the site on a preview address and give your comments in one round. Allow an hour. Anything factually wrong we fix without discussion; on taste we talk it through.
Day 10 to 13: finishing and measuring
Processing comments, setting up measurement, preparing redirects from your old addresses and checking everything on phone and desktop. This is where the most frequently skipped check happens: does every form really work, and does the mail really arrive.
Day 14: live
The site goes live on your own domain. Old addresses get permanent redirects so you lose no visibility, and the site is submitted to Google. Your monthly fee starts from that moment.
After that: developing
Every month we look at real numbers: where visitors come from, which page produces enquiries, where people drop off. We improve on that basis. It does not stop, it is what your monthly fee is for.
What if fourteen days does not work out
Then your first month is free. That promise is not decoration: it forces us to say no to things that stretch the project, which is exactly why it works. If it runs over because we spent a week waiting for your photos, the clock moves with it. We say that up front, not afterwards.

We work with a maximum of 1 business per trade per region. Once your area is taken, the opportunity goes to someone else.
