Most trade businesses write quotes in Word or Excel, save them in a folder nobody can find, and count the numbers by hand at year end. Here the quote grows out of the enquiry that already arrived: the customer details are in, you only type the lines.

01The customer who enquired through your site is already in the system. Open their file, click quote, and name, address and job description are there. No retyping, so no typos in the address.
VAT and numbering that hold up
02Zero, nine or twenty one percent per line, and sequential numbering that cannot skip. Finalising an invoice locks the snapshot: later changes to your details do not alter a sent invoice.
Your own letterhead
03Your logo, your colours, your company details and your IBAN. Our name appears nowhere. To the customer it is your quote, because it is.
Findable per customer
04Every quote and invoice hangs on the customer and the job. When someone calls about last year, it is on your screen in two clicks instead of in a folder on a laptop at home.
How it works
Set up
Fill in your IBAN, payment term, number series and footer once. Fifteen minutes, and you never touch it again.
Make the quote
Open the enquiry, add lines with quantity, price and VAT, and watch the total as you type. As a draft everything is still editable.
Send
Finalising assigns the number and locks the snapshot. The customer gets a PDF, you see what is outstanding in the overview.
Follow up
Open quotes and unpaid invoices sit together. You see at a glance what still needs doing, instead of discovering it at the quarterly return.

This is not an accounting package and does not want to be. It does one thing: turn an enquiry into a quote and a quote into an invoice, without retyping data or clicking between two programs. Your accountant simply gets your invoices, in the form they are used to.
