Let customers book appointments through your site
Booking an appointment now takes two phone calls and a call back because you were on site. With online booking the customer picks a moment from the times you released, and it lands in your calendar straight away. You no longer call back to agree a time, only to talk through the job.
What you get
You decide when
01Per day you set which hours are available, how long an appointment takes and how much time you want between them. Everything else is invisible to the customer, so you never get a Saturday morning request if you keep that free.
Confirmation without you
02The customer immediately gets a confirmation with date, time and address. You get a notification. Nobody is left wondering whether it went through.
A reminder before the visit
03A day ahead a reminder goes out automatically. That saves the appointments where nobody is home, which is the most expensive hour of your week.
The assistant books too
04If a visitor asks for an appointment in the chat, the assistant finds a slot within your times and books it. At eleven at night as well, which is when half your enquiries arrive.

The planner goes on your appointment page and into the buttons on your service pages. Visitors do not have to call to book.
Appointments arrive
Every appointment lands in your calendar in Dynamo, with the customer details and their question. You see your week in one screen.
After the visit
You record the outcome: quote sent, job won, did not go ahead. So at month end you know what your appointments produced.
From the field
At PVC Vloeren Achterhoek the showroom appointment is the moment an enquiry becomes a customer. Since visitors can pick their own slot, part of those appointments moved to evenings and weekends: moments when nobody would have picked up the phone.
